Rental Agreement All Things Events & More
- Terms & Conditions This agreement is between All Things Events & More (“Company”) and the Renter (“Customer”). By submitting a rental request and making a payment, the Customer accepts these terms.
- Rental Period & Item Pick-Up/Return a)Rentals start and end on the dates and times stated in this invoice. b)Items are to be picked up at a specified location provided after payment confirmation. c)Late returns may result in extra charges. d)Customers are responsible for transporting items unless otherwise arranged.
- Payment & Fees a)Full payment is required before item pick-up. b)A refundable security deposit is required and will be refunded once the items are returned in good condition. c)Missing payment deadlines could cancel the rental request. d)Fees and deposits are calculated individually for each item when renting multiple items.
- Item Care & Responsibility a)Customers are accountable for items from pick-up to return. b)Any damage, loss, or late return of rental items will result in a deduction from the refundable deposit. This deduction may be partial or full, based on the cost of repair or replacement If items are returned in a condition that affects future usability (even if the damage is minor), the renter will be responsible for compensating any related costs. d)Late returns will incur an additional charge equal to the daily rental fee, unless otherwise agreed upon in advance. c)Items must only be used safely and as intended.
- Liability The Company is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damages related to rented items. The Customer assumes all risks and responsibilities.
- Agreement Acceptance By making payment, the Customer confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
