Rental Agreement

1. Rental Terms & Conditions
This Rental Agreement ("Agreement") is made between All Things Events & More ("Company") and the Renter ("Customer"). By submitting a rental request and making payment, the Customer agrees to the following terms:

2. Rental Period & Pick-Up/Return
a. The rental period begins on the agreed-upon date and time and ends on the specified return date and time. b. Items must be picked up from the designated location, which will be provided upon confirmation of payment. c. Late returns may be subject to additional fees.

d. The Customer is responsible for the transport of rental items unless otherwise arranged.

3. Payment & Fees
a) A full invoice with a breakdown of fees will be provided. Payment must be made in full before pick-up. b) A refundable security deposit is required. This deposit will be refunded upon the return of items in their original condition. c) Failure to make payment by the due date may result in cancellation of the rental request.

4. Care & Responsibility
a). The Customer is responsible for all rental items from pick-up until they are returned. b). Items must be returned in their original condition. Any damages, loss, or excessive dirtiness will result in additional charges or forfeiture of the security deposit. c). The Customer agrees to use the rental items only for their intended purpose and in a safe manner.

5. Liability Waiver
All Things Events & More is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from the use of rented items. The Customer assumes all risks and liability associated with the rental.

7. Agreement Acceptance
By making payment, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this Rental Agreement.
